I found that the best way to remember to say your affirmations daily is to write them on post-it notes and stick them places in your home that you see every day without fail. Need ideas for where to post your posts. lol, Read on.

First thing you check when you wake up, your phone. Stick one there. Then you move on to brushing your teeth, so how ’bout the medicine cabinet/mirror? Drag yourself to the closet for whatever you’re wearing nowadays, slap one on the door. Kitchen cabinets, fridge door, desk area, kitchen or dining room table, hallway, etc. The point is to have them within your line of sight so that you can say them to yourself at least once per day.

Feeding yourself positivity daily is like watering a plant. Your confidence will grow. Obstacles will become welcome challenges that you’ll face with a smirk.
