Here are a few things that help me start my day and I thought I’d share.

Firstly, I wash my face with cold water. It helps to get my circulation going and snaps the groggy right out of me.

After brushing my teeth and moisturizing I head downstairs and grab my Brita filter. I fill my 16oz mug with water and add a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. I drink it fast since it’s not tea or coffee and I want to feel awake as fast as possible.

Then, I take some time to write in my 5-minute journal. This is a journal for things I’m grateful for. It can be the smallest thing to the biggest thing I can think of. The point is to start my day with positivity.

Next, I move on to my productivity journal and plan my day. I make a list of priorities so I can work them in order. This helps me keep myself accountable. I also feel AH-MAZING when I cross things off my list at the end of the day.

Stand up, stretch, and off I go. I’m now filled with positivity and purpose oh and caffeine in the form of half of 5-hour energy (I don’t like coffee).

So, there you have it. Whether I’m running errands, playing with my toddler, or working, I have a daily routine that helps springboard me into my next task.
